Why this works
Post-cleanse, your skin is clean and slightly damp, the ideal state to absorb oil. Four to five drops of almond oil mixed into your regular moisturizer delivers Vitamin E directly where your skin needs it. How to use

Post-shower or post-cleansing, while skin is still slightly damp, take 3–4 drops of Malash almond oil in your palm, mix into your regular moisturizer, and apply together across your face.

Gently press and spread in upward strokes, covering all areas including under the eyes.

Let it sit for 45–60 seconds. Do not layer anything else on top immediately. Give the skin time to absorb.

Cold-pressed oils don't need preservatives to stay safe, they need to be stored right. Keep the bottle away from direct sunlight and heat, cap tightly after each use, and you're looking at 9–12 months of shelf life depending on the oil. If it ever smells off or changes colour, stop using it. That's your only real expiry signal.
Each oil is built for a specific job, not a general one. Almond is for glow and uneven tone on the face. Coconut is for hair penetration and as a makeup remover. Sesame suits oily, acne-prone skin and full-body massage. Mustard is for scalp circulation and hair growth. If you're only starting with one, pick based on the problem you're solving, not the bottle that sounds the nicest.
Skin changes are usually noticeable within 2–3 weeks of consistent use. Hair fall reduction from scalp oiling typically shows up around 4–6 weeks. Cold-pressed oils work with your skin and hair's natural cycle, not against it, so consistency matters more than quantity.
